No Refunds – If you don’t show, you’re out. If we close due to weather, refunds will be issued ASAP with email/text alerts.
🌑 Weather Cancellations

Decisions will be made no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the event.

Updates will be posted on our website, Facebook & Instagram, and emailed to the address used at checkout.

If we cancel, you’ll receive instructions by email to reschedule or request a refund.
🎟 Ticket Time

Your ticket time is for an approximate time of entry, NOT a guaranteed entry time.

You cannot enter earlier than your ticket time, but you may enter later.

Not recommended for children under 13.

All children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests must not misrepresent their age. Entry will be denied to anyone under 13 without an adult, and tickets will not be refunded.
